These Terms of Service govern the use of the photo galleries, digital downloads, and related services provided by 4Adventure Media via Pixieset. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms.

All images remain the copyright of 4Adventure Media. Clients receive personal-use rights to share and print images for non-commercial purposes.

Any commercial use, resale, or alteration of images requires written permission.

Digital galleries are hosted on Pixieset and will remain active for 20 weeks after delivery. After this period, galleries may be archived or removed without notice.

Please download and back up your images promptly. 4Adventure Media is not responsible for lost or expired gallery access after the stated timeframe.

Payment is due in full before downloading or ordering prints.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

Print orders are fulfilled through third-party professional labs. While every effort is made to ensure accurate color and quality, variations may occur due to monitor calibration and printing processes. 4Adventure Media is not responsible for minor discrepancies.

By agreeing to these terms, you grant 4Adventure Media permission to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4Adventure Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Pixieset gallery or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
